As Vice Chancellor for Strategic Planning and Projects, Megan applies her expertise to implement key organizational initiatives that support the priorities of the Office of the Chancellor, including leading and supporting strategic planning and goal setting, and executing multiple priority projects. Megan is also responsible for leadership of the OTC’s Innovation Planning and Development unit, which enables scalable, market-responsive program development and growth across Northeastern’s global network.

Megan’s strategic leadership has a proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence at scale. Her entrepreneurial mindset and talent for systems-level execution have been a highly effective combination, allowing her to manage high-volume innovation pipelines ranging from proposal review to market discovery and full design. Megan also has deep expertise conducting financial modeling and operational analysis to evaluate opportunities across the globe. She has been a successful collaborator across the university, working with faculty, students, staff, and partners to design, prototype, and build new offerings, including Northeastern's graduate online strategy.

Megan holds a BA in International Relations and Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois Chicago.
